Coordination for medical appointment support is to provide personal safety and understanding of related discharge instructions. Price list available upon request.
Please, contact us if you have any possible medically related needs at home or unsure of how to get help. Call your primary care provider with any medical questions or if you feel homebound and need home health assistance paid for by insurance. Call 911 for any emergency situation.
We have options to help with select nursing duties, discharge and medication education, filling of med boxes, contacting pharmacy or providers, if needed. Other items will need to be reviewed on case by case basis. NOTE: This is Private duty nursing (NON insurance based). Private pay.
